The Origin of the "Mossa" Party
UFA is the capital and second-largest city of the autonomous Republic Bashkortostan within Russia. The region is situated in the northern region of Bashkortostan located at the confluence of Ufa and Belaya river. It is surrounded by high mountains that form the foothills of the Ural Mountains. The region was administered by the state of Ufa from 1920 to when it was declared an autonomous region of its own inikhaik that was served by Ufa its own. The united Farmers' Association led by Alexander Khodiyev, received funds from the ufa and used them to finance a vastly diversified propaganda campaign against the peasants of the Donets. The Farmers Association also attempted to discredit the "left-wing peasantry" they believed was an agent of the Mensheviks. They were also accountable for Nicholas his death. After consolidating his power over the ufa board of directors, Alexander Khodiyev became the leader of ufa. Alexander Khodiyev formed a new party in the shortest time, dubbed the "Mesopotamist" ("Mossa") Party. This was to be a center-right-oriented party, whose sole purpose was to defend Russian farmers' rights.

The "Mossa Party" expanded to include other farmers and professionals who were landed. Its leader, Gennadiy Nogin, was a very competent lawyer. He was also a highly regarded mathematician. Later, Gennadiy Novin's son Anatoly joined the UFA. At the time the Menshevik fringe was trying to gain control of the ginger group which had been founded by a former aide of Khodiyev. The Menshevik faction believed that the group could be used to take over the ufa and replace it with more radical and progressive party.

The "Mossa", which began to demand a separate flag and the separation of wheat from oats, gained support. When Alexander Khodiyev discovered that the Menshevik had appointed him to the ufa, he opted to have an intimate meeting with the "Mossa" leaders, where they gathered all the forces of resistance against the ufa. The opposition presented their arguments against the ufa, and pointed out all the wrongs the ufa committed against Russian farmers. The Menshevik leaders were extremely impressed with this spontaneous mass movement of peasant action, and they considered it a chance to completely overthrow ufa. They decided to join Gennadiy Nogin, and then nominate him to form a new "Mossa" party, which is based in Moscow.


GennadiyNogin was appointed the new leader of the "Mossa". He immediately established an office in Mysore office and started building large number of houses and barns for peasants. They were mostly used for accommodation of farmers. The secret society, comprised of all those who had helped Gennadiy Norgin in their earlier lives, was established immediately. It developed into an extensive lobby group that brought together people from all walks of life across the country to help Gennadiy. The "Mossa", made up of an executive committee, increased to more than one million members.
