USPS 邮寄的包裹，如果已经到了中国境内，应该及时联系 EMS/中国邮政。
若在中国，EMS 全国热线电话是 11183。
若是从国外拨打，则应该打+86-城市区号-11185，比如包裹在广州，则拨打 +86-20-11185。
中国段如何追踪包裹？
不过，包裹进入中国之后，USPS 官网的 tracking 假期行李寄存 ，可通过查快递、邮中国邮政 11185、中国邮政 183、快递 100 等国内的商家来查询。
包裹到国内之后，若很多天都没有动静，应该尽快联系 EMS／中国邮政查询，不能干等着，原因是：若包裹不能正确投递，比如说包裹上面的收件人信息在物流过程中损坏、或者模糊了，或者因为其他人为或意外原因包裹不能投递，并且长时间无人认领，中国邮政可能会把包裹退回给美国的寄件局。
如果包裹不幸破损或丢失，可联系 USPS 索赔。
