<p class="p__2">I've been with them for over 2 years. Their service started to decrease and weaken several months ago, I was extremely patient with them and in the last two months it would take approximately 45 to one minute to load their pages. I contacted them to complain about the loading speed and how it is negatively impacting my service.</p>

<p class="p__3">I asked to cancel the service and described that their service hasn't worked for months which they currently knew. They sent me an email from the assistance group over 3 weeks later on 4/20/20 stating that they will charge the month of May also since they need to get a 30-day notice despite the fact that I contacted them prior to the start of April.</p>
