Permainan ini dimulai ketika pemain pertama mengambil kartu di dek. https://sasem.org/ merasa ingin menyimpan kartu dapat disimpan di tangannya, jika tidak Pemain harus melempar kartu.
Kemudian alternatif dengan pemain bermain lain.
Aturan, jika pemain telah mengambil kartu, maka ia harus membuang satu kartu juga.
Ketika mengambil kartu, Pemain dapat mengambil kartu yang ada di dek serta dalam pembuangan kartu.
Orang yang memenuhi syarat untuk mengambil kartu di pembuangan harus langsung jadi (setidaknya di tangan memiliki 2 kartu). Maksimum pengambilan 7 kartu dari Akhir Awal. Contoh: kita memiliki 3 dan 5 Hati, ternyata pada pembuangan ada 4 kartu, dan masih dalam batas 7 kartu. Kita bisa mengambil dan masih membuang kartu.
