Rococo Style Architecture
ROCO architecture was a French furniture design firm that specialized in extravagant furniture, especially from the 17th century until the present. Their furniture was sold all over Europe and all over the world. They were highly sought-after due to the fact that they were originally created to be decorative pieces for royal courts. These furniture pieces were passed down through generations.

At first, the name of the designer is not known. It is believed that they were associated with the Court of Orleans because of the talents of his or her experience on decorating palaces, garden and castle as well as lavishly designing ornamental pieces. The style of furniture and ornamentation has been widely used throughout Europe, United States of America, Canada and other parts of the globe. This French style of architecture is distinguished by the extravagant use of ornamentation, precious stones and other beautiful features.

The most common feature of the rococo architecture is its use of natural curtains or drapes. This contrasts with the heavy draped curtains as well as heavy draped interior decor in French country cottages or the French country homes of the past. Natural drapes were used in the rococo structures and homes which made them appear expensive and expensive, even though they were cheap. The French country cottages or the luxurious estates were built mainly in the Gothic style of architecture. They were decorated with the most exquisite designs and paintings of the famous and wealthy.

Pierre Jules Zimmermann and Hans Grosch are some of the most famous rococo architects. Natural drapes were utilized by all these designers as a backdrop for the plaster work on interior walls. Sometimes these curtains and open windows found their way into bathrooms of these magnificent homes, which were typically situated at the top of the staircase. All bathrooms in the house would have a beautiful French style.

The designers of the Rococo architecture gave very little importance to the details when designing their homes. There was a possibility that he added small details, like artworks on the walls, which were mostly copies of earlier paintings created by baroque artists. However, all these minor details had no significance, and were just added to give the buildings that magnificent look. It was clear that baroque art masterpieces weren't being utilized in these homes.

The rococo period was renowned for its use of mosaics , tiles, the terracotta tiles (teracotta tiles) and plaster, wallpaper, and other decorative elements. Many of the modern designs that we observe today are the result of developments in the field of decoration during the second half of 18th century. Many people say that the baroque architecture was later replaced by the Rococo style. While this is true to a certain degree however, it is also possible to say that the style of decoration of the Rococo period was largely affected by the baroque design.

The unique beauty of Rococo buildings is unmatched any other place in the world. The city of New Orleans is one of the most visited tourist destinations in the United States. If you are in New Orleans, you should take some time out to explore the beautiful historic structures. If you have time, you can also visit the wonderful museums. These buildings include both the palace that was used by Louis XIV as his summer palace, and a lighthouse which can be seen close to the site of Battery Paraiso. Rococo architecture This is a fantastic location to view stunning decorative arts and furniture that were once used by French people.

Marie Antoinette, a French queen who was a lover of Italian Renaissance design, was another significant influence on the architecture of the rococo period. French architecture is famous for its simple lines, romantic columns, and symmetrical square- or rectangular elements. These features make the architecture appear romantic. Another major aspect of French architecture is the use of natural materials, such as marble, wood, and Terracotta. These materials are abundant in France. There are the remains of many a palace and church, as well as statues and paintings in the French quarter of New Orleans.
