Try to get source information and compare with the competitor offers and, tell them about exclusive offers such as starbucks, uber, burger king, Google one
another way to do this would be to ask them what are they interested in, books, OTT, online meds, dining & food etc. & pitch them offers from the categories that interest them
If a member says, “Yes, I’d like to renew.”
