Texas Holdem Poker
Poker is a popular card game that has been around since the mid 1700's. Poker is also known as coveralls holdem and three-suit Stud. five-card Stud, and coveralls. Poker was created by an American named Benjamin Stimpson. Poker is one of the card games in which players bet on which hand is most winning in accordance with the rules. The object of the game is to players to win more than the losing hand. The betting rounds are usually over quickly, and often there is an entertainment show, such as poker tournaments.

Texas Holdem is a game where players are given eight cards. One card is called the big blind. It is the card that has the "big" face-up. There are two other small blinds, referred to as the small pair as well as the bigger pair. "Action" in Texas Holdem is defined as the number of times that a bet has been increased above the amount of chips.

The action ends and the players take turns. When the players have completed their turn the dealer announces the bet and all players must call the bet before the next turn. This bet is the final bet of the game, following the other bets have been canceled. A player may fold before the turn however only when he has less than five cards in his hands. After a player folds, the dealer assumes the role and deals a new hand. Once the hand has been dealt and the dealer has dealt, it's time to open the blinds.
