平淡的生活，傢常的風味。大傢好，今天給大傢帶來今日份二人餐美食：雪花酥。
周末宅在傢中追劇，一點小零食是必不可少的。準備一點下午茶甜點，來一杯咖啡，享受生活。今天準備的甜點是雪花酥。做法非常簡單，隻需要幾分鐘就可以搞定，口感松脆酥軟，味道非常美味。是我最喜歡的甜點之一。
材料準備：黃油30g左右、棉花糖150g左右、小熊餅幹一袋（或者其他小餅幹）、每日堅果三袋（最好是有蔓越莓的那種）
首先準備一個平底鍋，加入黃油，低溫融化黃油。切記一定要小火。
黃油融化過後加入棉花糖，棉花糖全部加入，繼續低溫翻炒至融化。
棉花糖融化過後，加入全脂奶粉，繼續攪拌，棉花糖和奶粉混合均勻。
這時候加入堅果，堅果的種類根據自己的喜好添加，加一點蔓越莓幹，攪拌。
最後再加入小熊餅幹，不一定是小熊餅幹，其他類似口味的小餅幹都是可以的。繼續攪拌。餅幹可以多加一點。
攪拌均勻過後，放在不沾烤盤裡面，也可以是其他工具。然後戴上一次性手套，用雙手不停地往外翻。使餅幹堅果被棉花糖充分混合。壓成一指厚。
放涼過後，用刀切成自己喜歡的大小和形狀。這裡如果雪花酥沾在烤盤上，可以稍微加熱一下就可以取出來。不能加熱太久以免又全部融化瞭。
切好過後，裝盤，撒上一點奶粉。吃不完的一定要密封保存。
