葡萄幹是一種常見的小零食，但如果葡萄幹搭配著奶香味十足的小餅幹，吃起來酥到骨子裡，這種味蕾的享受，吃一口就能被驚艷到，很適合當下午茶或者招待客人。來看看是怎麼做的吧！
所需食材：
黃油40克、奶粉8克、白糖25克、雞蛋黃2個、低筋面粉約 100克、葡萄幹
制作步驟：
第一步：大碗裡準備黃油40克、奶粉8克、白糖25克，用打蛋器把大碗裡的食材打勻，直到顏色發白
第二步：先加入一個蛋黃，用打蛋器打發均勻後加入第二個蛋黃，繼續打發至明顯蓬松
第三步：篩入低筋面粉，用刮刀翻拌然後下手和勻，按壓成團後放入準備好的葡萄幹，和勻
第四步：把和好的面團放入保鮮袋，然後搟成長方形的面皮（厚度大約在5-6毫米）。然後撕開保鮮袋，切成塊放到烤盤中
第五步：烤箱上下火180度預熱10分鐘。在切好的小面片表面刷上蛋黃液，然後把烤盤放入烤箱的中層，上下火180度烤20分鐘左右，待表面充分上色即可。（這裡的時間和溫度，可以根據自己烤箱的脾氣自行調整）
制作關鍵點：
揉面團的時候，要註意面團不能太幹，也不能太軟。面團太幹瞭切的時候容易碎，太軟瞭不容易成形
