44-53cm - 中等長鍊、項鍊 ，市面上最常見的
這長度的項鍊是人人都可以搭配也不挑臉型，屬於最經典的項鍊，任何衣服都能駕馭且適合高領短毛衣或V領毛衣，點綴起來更亮眼
53cm - 長鍊，屬於個性化，比較注重整體搭配
長鍊搭配服裝更有彈性，可以增加層次感，但不太適合帶有V型的服裝，會使整體比例拉得很長，所以要小心搭配,如項鍊長度與身高比例不符，會顯得很突兀
以臉型來搭配頸鍊和鎖骨練
圓形臉
適合配戴44-53cm的中等長鍊，可以修飾V臉的效果，整體比例也比較修長，項鍊墜飾可以挑選珍珠、十字架或帶點小鑽綴飾，會更顯現女性年輕風格，如果搭配幾何或大綴飾則適合個性自由的感覺
鵝蛋臉
完美的臉型，不管是頸鍊、鎖骨鍊、長鍊都非常適合配戴，只要服裝搭配得宜，絕對會是大眾焦點
方形臉
和圓臉一樣，適合配戴44-53cm的中等長鍊，可修飾V型臉的效果，整體比例較好看
長臉型
適合配戴30cm-46cm的鎖骨練、頸鍊，頸鍊很適合鵝蛋長形臉蛋和下巴尖長的臉型，乍看之下可以讓臉型變得較為溫和
