Bill Maxwell presented his list of concerns.
1. When a Committee Chmn. is asked to give his report, he has the floor and can not be interupted until he or she completes his report. Then and only then can there can there be a discussion.
2. There will be an election to elect new officers every 2 years. (Bi-annuallyY) V. Pres will handle the election of new officers
3. Meetings to start promptly at 2 P.M.
4. Only after consulting with residents. The Pres. may invite staff to meeting,
5. Roll call will be taken at meeting by Secretary.
6. Each Comm Chmn. will prepare a written report and turn it in to the secretary, at the meeting.
Bill Sawyer presented his list.
1. New Member @ Large will hear complaints, with each resident to have complete privacy.
3 Need a roster of all regular attending. On the roll a happy face figure will be attached if the resident is indeed happy or sad face if he has a discomfort item.
4. Promises will be answered with good works.

5. Concerns: Laundry, Housekeeping, Games, Dining, Nursing, Programming, Engineering, Resident Services and other projects.
6. What is the limit to our right to know what is happening to our fellow residents? HIPPA?
7. Can we post a Prayer Sheet with their names on it?
SUGGESTIONS:
1.Dinner: a light dinner, such a salad bar.
2 Get a list of Committee departments and heads, w/appointees.
What each department hopes to accomplish this year. such as Welcome Dept., Dinner Comm., and Trip comm.
What about dishes in the halls?
What about giving an invitation to residents, especially new residents, to let them know about Resident Council Meetings?
