【蔓越莓切塊蛋糕】
制作配方：雞蛋10個 低粉120克 玉米油100克 純牛奶100克 細糖80克 蔓越莓適量
制作方法：
1、雞蛋蛋清蛋黃分離；裝蛋清的盆要幹凈無油無水，不然影響蛋白的打法；
2、蛋黃裡加入植物油、牛奶充分攪打均勻；
3、分次篩入低粉，拌均勻至無顆粒狀態；
4、細糖分3-4次加入蛋白裡打發，打至提起打蛋器有直直的尖峰時，停止打發；
5、分1/3蛋白霜到蛋糊裡，翻拌均勻，切不可用畫圓的方式拌；拌好的蛋糊倒入剩下的蛋白裡，用同樣的手法拌均勻；
6、拌好的蛋糊輕盈細膩；
7、深烤盤鋪上矽油紙，蛋糊倒入深烤盤，用刮板刮平整，最後撒適量蔓越莓幹上去；
8、烤箱160度預熱，上下火烤35分鐘左右；烤箱溫度僅供參考；
9、出爐晾涼切塊吃，做早餐下午茶都是不錯的選擇！
