疫情時期，全國人民當務之急就是配合國傢，不出門不串門，在傢呆著就是最大的貢獻瞭，這個春節假期這麼長，前面幾天該看的電視也看瞭，手機一直玩視力也是會受影響的，不如就趁這個時間將平日沒空學的東西拾起來吧，尤其喜歡做美食甜品的，這時候外面烘焙店都關門瞭，嘴饞怎麼辦？那就跟我在傢一起學做蛋糕吧，4個雞蛋1杯粉，做起來才發現，原來這麼簡單啊，一點都不難。
很多人都覺得做蛋糕是很難的事情，在我剛剛學做時候也是這樣，差點就放棄瞭，但是兒子喜歡吃，為瞭讓他吃得健康一些，自己做是最好的，如今非常時期才發現，原來自己的這個技能居然能讓傢人第一時間吃到衛生又營養的蛋糕，頓時覺得很有成就感，宅傢也不會鬱悶瞭，媽媽們學會瞭還可以和孩子一起互動，這樣熊孩子老實瞭，畫面絕對的溫馨啊，在我看來成功的蛋糕和好方子是離不開的，今天我就和大傢詳細講下做法吧。
雙層慕斯杯子蛋糕
材料：低筋面粉180克 雞蛋4個 玉米油50克 糖100克 牛奶75克
慕斯：黃桃一粒 淡奶油120克 吉利丁粉5克 牛奶40克 糖20克
淋面：巧克力40克 淡奶油40克
烘焙模具：學廚雙層杯子蛋糕模 時間：上火180度 下火160克 25分左右
這款蛋糕吃起來很清爽，而且加入瞭水果丁，增加瞭維生素C，對健康更有好處呢，當然水果你也可以根據自己喜歡用芒果，草莓什麼的也是可以的。
做法：1、牛奶和玉米油混合用手抽攪拌到乳化狀態
2、全蛋中分三次加入糖，用電動打蛋器打到蛋糊舀起落下有紋路且不會馬上消失的狀態。北方傢庭有暖氣，南方屋裡也是陰冷的，所以可以在盆下面再放一盆溫水，這個更容易打發。
3、接著篩入低筋面粉用手抽拌勻。為什麼用手抽而不是用刮刀我也告訴下大傢，這個可是技巧，因為新手刮刀掌握不瞭力度，很容易讓打發好的蛋糊消泡瞭，而用手抽可以避免這個問題，尤其是做戚風蛋糕，如果消泡整個蛋糕就是憋的。
4、然後在牛奶糊中加入1勺面糊拌勻後再倒回到面糊中拌勻、倒入12連杯蛋糕模具中，大約6-7分滿就可以瞭。
5、然後將雙層小蛋糕模具倒扣下去，這樣烤好的蛋糕出來就是杯子造型瞭、放入預熱好的烤箱上火180，下火160，倒二層，大約25分鐘取出趁熱倒扣。
6、烤制過程中，我們將牛奶和吉利丁粉拌勻，微波加熱20秒備用、黃桃切丁，直接加入淡奶油，放入果汁機打成泥
7、然後和牛奶混合後過濾，接著裝入杯子蛋糕中間，放入冰箱冷藏2小時左右
8、最後將融化的巧克力和加熱的淡奶油混合後就是巧克力淋面瞭，然後直接淋在杯子蛋糕的邊緣，再次入冰箱冷藏一個小時以上，最後中間裝飾上黃桃即可。
