2021 Oscar Awards
Together with Continue Reading -Men franchise along with the Marvel Cinematic Universe, it provides many theater goers with many options for entertainment. Both the Marvel fans and movie fans can enjoy their choice of movies and superhero shows. With the success of Iron Man and The Wolverine, there is not any stopping the success of franchises such as this one later on. This has been a great year for Marvel and all that they have achieved up to now.

It was a really good year for Disney, making some of the best animated features . The only disappointments were the wonderful Four movies. But it was a fantastic year for the company and they surely had their fingers crossed for the achievement of Iron Man 2 and the other Marvel movies. For those moviegoers who have yet to watch any of these films, I highly recommend the highly acclaimed Iron Man and The Wolverine. While The Wolverine might be somewhat short in duration, both Iron Man and The Wolverine make for good films and really are worth the watch.

Marvel also conquered the world of television with a hit animated feature branded Iron Man. This was the first time that a blockbuster film had been produced in the comic book world and came to theatres. For the ones that haven't seen it, I highly recommend visiting the theater straight away and experiencing this fantastic and enjoyable film. I was very impressed with how well Marvel managed this job and now I'm anticipating another one starring Robert Downey Jr. as Tony Stark and Scarlett Johansson as Pepper Potts. There have also been rumors that Marvel is currently planning a spinoff or series of Iron Man movies based around different personalities of the Avengers and The Vision.

It was rather unfortunate that The Wolverine fell flat last year, but I believe that the general quality of the film makes it a clear must-see film for this forthcoming season. In terms of comic book movies at the Oscars, I believe Iron Man 2 should have won the award for Best Picture while The Wolverine didn't. The reason I say that is because The Wolverine and Iron Man 2 are two entirely different beasts. For instance, The Wolverine has more action and drama while Iron Man 2 is more comedy and less play.

In terms of That was a Much Better Match as Best Picture and Best Director, I would have to say Ben Affleck and Robert Rodriguez for Batman and Steven Spielberg for The Girl With The Pearl Eyes. However, in regards to directors, nothing compares to Alejandro Gervino for The Shape. Both of these movies screened in precisely the exact same week as The Dark Knight and people appear to be amazed by how great they are. If you haven't seen The Shape, you're definitely missing something. For those that have found it, both of these movies is a definite must-see event.

The next Marvel movie to visit the big screen is Iron Man 3. I really don't understand why it is taking so long for them to announce a launch date for this one, but it will probably be in theaters around the time of the Oscar Awards. There is also discussion of a animated Iron Man movie featuring Iron Man and The Incredible Hulk. I think audiences would prefer those combined with a live-action adaptation of the comics, but let us see what the Republicans believe.
