Youtube keeps promoting advertisements on my child's YouTube channel as they watch videos about babies such as baby sharks or similar channels.

This has been the same question that I've been asking for the past 2 years since I first started gifting my baby girl the tablet with all the Youtube channels designed specifically for babies. Supposedly they all aid in the development of babies, improving cognitive functions and other ones as they progress socially and mentally. Yes, I can clearly see my daughter enjoying the material. Her eyes are sparkling with laughter, and she is waiting for the giggles to be released from her lips. I love watching her entertain herself. But I am not able to understand all the commercial breaks. My child isn't an ad-buyer, so why do you insist on pushing sometimes not even baby-like advertisements on my child, YouTube?


First, babies don't understand commercials. It's both a waste money as well as a waste of time. The commercial (video) is only one instance of a waste. These aren't babies. If that is the case, then why do you want to play these ads for them little babies? Are you saying that the advertisements will only be played in the event that the father or mother or other baby-care workers are watching? This is confusing to me and it is very annoying.

Same is with the cat videos.. These videos are so captivating that my cat has taken to them. Usually, it's mice or birds however, my cat is enthralled by the fact that they do not wander for long periods of time. Perhaps hunting.. The videos are interrupted constantly by ads. Who are they trying to convince? My cat is not any kind of consumer, but those videos. The ads aren't of any importance to her. They may be thinking that I am watching them with my cat. It could be that they are partially right. Sometimes , I am watching silly videos for cats while playing with my cat.

This is how I discovered the perfect solution. It basically boils down to downloading Youtube videos onto my laptop or computer and playing them directly from there later; as if I was offline and needed a hard copy on my hard drive instead of streaming them repeatedly from Youtube. https://y2mate.party/en1/ You see what I mean? y2mate The site lets you keep video on your computer instead of accessing it on Youtube anytime your cat wishes to view birdies. This means that I can just double-click on the mp4 video to save it on my desktop. Then it plays in VLC immediately without any ads and goes straight into the fun of my cat.

The same applies to the majority of baby videos and channels. All the videos my daughter loves to watch I download them from Youtube onto my computer and then transfer them onto her tablet. Sometimes, I play the videos one at a time on her tablet. But it is much more efficient to visit the website from a computer on your desktop and then copy the videos to where you need to put them. Perhaps it's me being old-fashioned.

This worked out to be a great mobile data saver. Before downloading videos from Youtube was possible and I needed to keep my phone connected to the internet via hotspot or a separate data plan. Sometimes, we used a special data plan to store data on our tablet.

I'm so glad you enjoyed my tricks and tips to help data and Internet wealthy households. It may sound somewhat absurd.
