이전에 장바구니에 담아뒀던 자이로볼은 실을 꽂아 넣고 당겨서 어릴적 갖고 놀던 팽이처럼 시작하는 방식이었는데, 얘는 화살표방향으로 회전했다 떼면서 시작하는 방식이 맘에들었다. 결국 간결한 부속품땜에 구입한거다.
첨엔 얘가 저절로 돌면서 내 손목을 운동시켜줄거라 생각했는데, 그게 아님 회전힘에 맞춰 손목스냅을 주면 더더 빨리 회전하며 중력을가해지는 원리더라. 첨엔 고장인줄알았음. 그리고 적당히 내 손에 맞는 힘에서 꾸준히 움직여주면 되는데, 윈마이 파워볼을 사용하는동안 반짝반짝 이쁜불이 켜진다. 최상위 파워볼 사이트 되면 상관 없지만 조명은 덤인가보다.
그리고, 열흘 사용하고 포스팅을 하는 지금 드라마틱한 근력의 증대는 잘모르겠다. 하지만, 확실히 근력에는 도움 되는거 같다. 파워볼을 주변에서 쓰는 사람이 없어서 전혀 모르고 있었지만, 손목, 손가락악력 , 팔뚝근육 운동에는 권할 만하다. 왜냐 일단 간편하고 공간을 많이 차지하지 않으며, 생각보다 피젯스피너 같이 생각없이 돌리다보면 운동이 되기에 지루하지도 않으니 좋은거 아닌가.
