Young DJs need to invest in music of high quality. It's absurd to play using mp3s with low-bitrates.

I am not DJ. This is what I've always believed. In high school and college I tried DJing. I was unable to replicate what I saw elsewhere. To be honest, I couldn't think of or even utilize my ears to become a professional DJ. I would skip beats and I would switch to 7th instead of 8th. This made my DJ career seem impossible. But I'm a listener. I can tell when DJs are not following an element. I also can clearly discern where they're making mistakes. But I can't entertain people continuously for long periods of time.

Don't be discouraged if your goal is to become DJ professional. Or rather my story shouldn't upset your plans. You can choose to be who you want and be who you want to be. This is my way of dealing with people. Do your thing and be your own person. DJs are such people that require constant support to understand reality. It is good to help them see the world from a different perspective. But, this knowledge isn't enough to put a DJ at ease. Work on improving your sound each day and every performance, isn't that the essence of a great artist, great entertainer? You must always invest in the right equipment to achieve the best results, most immersive live sets, the best club dance mood and, the most important thing, the best times for youths. Because they will return to you if you give them great beats. This is the norm.
