If you attend an online seminar that has video events that are unique and unique, do not view the videos. Instead you should download the video.
This actually works with any live video that's supposed to be limited in duration and only available to subscribers. It has never been an issue for me. I'm suffering from a slow and patchy internet connection in my home. I am using the mobile hotspot WiFi from the motel across the street. At times I bring water to their offices. So whenever I attend an exclusive online seminar such as one from my investment advisor, or my school has a visiting lecture by a famous professor, or maybe there's an underground party that streamed, it's identical.. I'm unable to watch streaming video because of my poor connection. It takes me about 2 more times longer to download video to my PC which I'll explain below. That means my connection is only 30% faster than what I need to watch video without buffering interruptions and smoothly. The speed was so low that my internet connection was unable to handle it, so I came up with a way to get around it. I downloaded online videos on my computer so that it could be viewed repeatedly.



Here's what you've seen me do recently. I use Chrome browser, Firefox or Safari to open the inspect tab. Right-click the page, and launch the page to inspect. Then, switch to the network tab and search for the video playlist file. It's likely to include the extension m3u8. Your video stream is broken into smaller files that your internet browser downloads and then plays in the order they were downloaded. This means that you have continuous streaming. This is how the MPEG transportation stream works. It's quick and requires more data transfer than it does with file sizes.



The playlist file is chosen by right-clicking. I copy the URL address onto the clipboard. Next I visit the website to get online video. After a few minutes I click the submit button and paste the URL of my playlist. I am then presented with a variety of choices for downloading and each one indicating the size as well as how long it could take to download. The higher quality file is, the larger it'll become. I generally choose lower quality, even if it is too fast for my Internet.. The majority of times, this playlist has various quality options in order to assist those who have slow broadband.




I've set it to download the file, typically it's mp4 for video format. While it can take a lot of time however, the rewards of learning always motivate me to continue.
