They were all bored and they couldn’t sleep, there wasn’t school the next day but it was too late for anything to be open. They ran out of things to talk about, so there was a silence for a bit as if they were thinking. Kid didn’t speak too much, but he was the first to speak and break the silence, “I hmm…” Both blackstar and Soul were surprised by him finally speaking up. He had been lost in thought all night. “Have either of you kissed-- another man?” He took a pause in between his question to look at their expressions to make sure they wouldn’t be grossed out or anything. Unsurprisingly, Blackstar was the first to speak- or rather yell. “HUHHH? What kind of question- Where did that come from?!” He asked, his mind seemed to still be trying to process this question. Soul however was calm as usual. “Never have, I wouldn’t mind though. Why Kid have you fallen head over heels for me? Wanna kiss?” Kid was visibly annoyed by Soul’s response, Soul said it in a joking tone but was only partially joking. Soul had never really cared much for who he did what with, he had thought about men romantically quite a few times and was open to expirementation. “Have you, Kid?” He asked, his tone a bit more serious but still friendly. Kid nodded, “It was only a one time thing. At least with him, I think I like men- exclusively I mean.” He spoke, he didn’t hold back in telling him. He figured it was better to tell them all rather than them misunderstanding him. Blackstar sighed, “I’ve never really thought of another dude like that. I dunno.” His mind was still pondering the initial question. The room fell quiet for a bit before Soul spoke after a minute or two, “Well, who was it?” Soul asked Kid. “Hero, I wouldn’t have bothered giving him the time of day but… One thing led to another and We ended up just.. Well I’m sure you know.” Soul was surprised by Kid’s response, he hadn’t thought that Kid would be interested in Hero of all people.

“So like did you do it?” Blackstar asked, and for once his voice was actually a normal level of volume. “Ah well, not exactly.” Kid responded. “Well that’s not who I expected, Hero seems like the kind but I had… I don’t know, I didn't think you’d go to him.” Kid had been making eye contact with Soul but he averted his eyes as he began to think back on that day. Hero’s masculine hands cradling his face and his fingers touching his lip. Kid wanted to experience it again, he wanted to do it with Soul and Blackstar. “Did it feel..like good?” Blackstar asked. “It was amazing.” Kid paused, hesitating. “I can’t explain the experience… It’s an interesting emotion.” He added, shifting the position he was in to putting his knees against his chest. It all fell silent again, this time the silence was broken by soul standing. “Well I wouldn’t mind just seeing for myself.” Soul spoke soon after standing, stretching his arms upwards. Blackstar was extremely flustered, they both turned to him. “I’ll sit this one out, I’m sure I don’t like dudes.” Blackstar walked out and closed the door behind him. “Well I’m glad he didn’t force himself.” Kid spoke looking at the door. Soul nodded, “Now for us…” Soul walked to where Kid was sitting.

Kid stood up, examining Soul’s features. Soul grabbed Kid’s chin with his index and thumb and pulled him closer. Kid grabbed Soul’s waist and pulled his waist closer to his. Kid moved his face down to Soul’s neck and began to place small kisses there. Soul groaned and moved his hand to begin undoing Kid’s clothes. Kid began undoing Soul’s sweater as well. Once they both got their shirts off their bare chests were exposed to each other. They went back to kissing each other, both of them had warm breath
