前天去海鮮市場買梭子蟹我就看上這個蝦瞭,大大的頭很可愛(好吃)的樣子,所以今天就吃它吧。

用料 羅氏蝦 1000g 小香蔥 兩三顆 生薑 亮片 生抽 兩勺 蠔油 一勺 糖 一小勺 鹽 適量 生粉 適量
做法步驟 1、蝦沖洗幹凈,去蝦槍蝦須蝦線,本來我想剪它的腿,但是我一直彈彈彈有點害怕所以就算瞭吧
2、小蔥切段,蔥綠蔥白分開,生薑切絲
3、處理好的蝦撒上生粉
4、碗裡加生抽兩勺蠔油一勺糖一小勺水五勺(我就用傢裡的小勺調比例)鹽放一點點,把生薑絲和蔥白放進去調好料汁備用
5、熱鍋放比平時炒菜多一點的油,油熱小火把蝦表皮煎一下
6、煎到蝦表皮有點金黃
7、接著罷調好的料汁倒進去翻一下,蓋蓋煮悶煮三分鐘
8、打開鍋蓋調中火收汁關火加蔥段翻炒一下出鍋
9、這個蝦的味道挺厚實的,有人說羅氏蝦肉柴,我吃起來蠻喜歡的並不柴哈哈~
10、我想說我更喜歡吃這個蝦頭,裡面的黃有點吃大閘蟹的感覺(話說大閘蟹可以安排起來瞭)一個字太香瞭~
小貼士 1.個人覺得蝦蟹類不適合過度烹調,簡單調味即可,不必加過多香辛料或者醬料。烹調時間也不宜過久。 2.羅氏蝦的蝦頭確實大不愧叫大頭蝦。
