紅燒土豆
食材:土豆、蔥薑蒜 1、土豆去皮切塊用水浸泡一會
2、水開下土豆塊煮3分鐘
3、油熱下蔥薑蒜爆香,倒入土豆煎至表面金黃
4、加1勺生抽➕1勺老抽➕半勺蠔油➕1勺鹽
5、水淀粉勾芡,大火收汁撒蔥花
