How do you keep up with the music of your country, even if you have lived in the USA for 10 years

What do you do? I am a young Russki man who came to America in search of an improved life. I was poor in Russia and never had any money. My family was not my, per se. Young adults in Russia were not dependent on money as they were growing up. Therefore we had no choice of finding ways to earn our own money. There were many different methods. The majority of them looked like alcoholics who asked their friends for some money to purchase their own vodka bottle. Similar to the above we were always looking for ways to earn cash quickly or even buy bread. We always had food cravings.
And so I made it to America, and have been here for some time, seen most of the East Coast from Boston all up to Miami and Key West and all the up to the middle states. There's nothing like New York, Brooklyn or Brighton Beach. That place is very like my home. It's loud, it's filthy, it's full of Russian spoken words, people are rude, it's a typical Russian city bliss. I spent quite a lot of money there, mostly for Russian restaurants, bookstores and music stores.
I am a huge fan of music, just as I love reading books. But as it happens recently it's easy to locate Russian books on Kindle. So I stopped buying hard copies books. My wife, who's almost a hoarder isn't able to fit much within her home therefore I try to avoid buying unnecessary stuff. The stacks looked smart initially, but then they started to look sad. I eventually moved them into my garage, which still can accommodate my stuff.

Music, however, is different. Music is my favourite thing to listen to. My job requires me to travel often, so I listen to lots of music. Being a Russian immigrant, I haven’t had the opportunity to experience any of the new music that I’ve found in the USA. I'm not a fan of rap or hip hop. The latest music that kids love to dance to. I really love old Russian music, including the jail type songs which are unique to the Russian music industry. They are still popular there after 20 years away, and they're not on CDs, - mostly tapes in cars, and Youtube videos. Youtube is home to everything. So I can spend hours watching music on YouTube after returning home from work or just after work.
After a while, I've made a lovely long playlist of more than 300 songs that I truly enjoy. Having this treasure that I listen to every both at night and day, I have no problem becoming accustomed to music since there are 300 songs, that's a lot. However, when I want the songs to be played in my car, I don't always have access to the internet. I require it to drive, to navigate. I prepare the songs at home. When I am near the middle of my list, I record a few songs from Youtube and then convert them into mp3 files. After that, I burn the mp3s to CD with my laptop. I then take the disc to my car and listen to it in the. The site allows you to print an entire Youtube playlist and convert every song into MP3 and save it to my home computer. It's then simple to convert it into an audio CD. Sometimes I'm mistaken and just make data CDs that don't play on my old car stereo. The quality of the recorded audio is incredible. I don't require internet to play mp3 music. I just insert CDs into my car stereo slot. When I reach Manhattan the music from Russia can be heard booming.
It's simple and inexpensive to download videos from Youtube in mp3 format and you can put them on your Smartphone. A friend of mine connected his phone to his car stereo , and the phone started playing high-quality sound within less than two seconds. He was also able to stream Pandora radio and Spotify, so it's not that fast of Internet to stream this. It sounds like something I would try. However, I'll be cautious about using free wifi.
