Sept 23-Sept 26: Plan out what colors and outfit you will use and find out a specific pattern/tutorial you will follow. Measure yourself in all the necessary areas.
Sept 27-Oct 1: Search up a fabric or pattern that you will use for a top and pants of the same color(or perhaps a skirt you can upcycle, make sure there's enough fabric for some pants and a top) as well as the other materials that you'll need(an elastic band, etc).
Oct 2-Oct 3: Buy this stuff(if online, then buy ahead of time)
Oct 4-Oct 9: Re- watch the tutorials and/or print out a pattern. Re-measure yourself just in case.
Oct 10-Oct 11: Measure and cut out all of the pieces necessary to make this outfit. Be sure to label them in a way that won't show up in the final product.
Oct 12-Oct 17: Start sewing everything related to the pants(and add the elastic band for the pants).
Oct 16 - Make sure ur eating healthy and working out daily so that the top fits well for HoCo!
Oct 17-Oct 18: Sew the top(make sure it's flowy and loose, add a few inches but not too much)
Oct 19-Oct 20: Double-check to make sure everything fits and unsew/resew if necessary.
Oct 21-Oct 22: Prepare for Hoco!(style hair, maybe some secret clear mascara and lip makeup)
Oct 23: Homecoming Day!!!
