想必大部分小夥伴都已經復工瞭（感覺跟做夢一樣）。
既然假日的狂歡留不住，我們就好好享受搬磚生活吧。
飯飯也有一小段時間沒見到公司的小夥伴瞭，說起來著實有點想念。
所以我一定要趁著休息的時候，好好和她們分享過年的趣事。
當然，午後聊天，怎麼少得瞭一份美味的下午茶？
所以我為大傢做瞭一道超級美味的奶酪麻薯包。
這款小點心，小白基本零失敗，做法真的超級簡單。
小小一個賊誘人，口感如雲般細膩輕盈，一口咬下去，濃濃的奶酪還會爆出來。
香香甜甜，和泡芙一樣好吃，喜歡的小夥伴趕緊來試試。
麻薯預拌粉、雞蛋、牛奶
黃油、鹽、黑芝麻、糖、淡奶油
準備200g麻薯預拌粉，打入2顆雞蛋，加入70g牛奶、2g鹽和24g糖，攪拌均勻。
攪拌均勻後，再加入室溫軟化的40g黃油，加一勺黑芝麻更香，揉成這樣不粘手的面團。
然後把面團分成20g左右的團子。
用烤箱上下火170度烤35分鐘，它就會膨脹變圓。
趁著這個時間來打發奶油，250g淡奶油裡加15g糖，打發到這樣的硬性發泡。
然後把奶油擠入圓嘟嘟的麻薯包裡，搞定啦。
麻薯包在烤制的過程中會不斷地膨大，每一個都形成瞭空心的包，能擠入滿滿的奶油，咬一口爆漿的感覺太滿足瞭，喜歡的朋友趕緊點贊收藏學起來~
