Destination Wedding Invitations
Wedding invitations are often the topic of much discussion and where Destination Weddings are involved need special consideration and much greater detail than traditional invitations.
Normally wedding invitations are sent by the bride's parents, inviting guests to celebrate the wedding of these daughter, in today's more liberal society it might rather be the bride to be herself who sends out your invitations, particularly if she's got been married before or possibly already experiencing her future husband and never at her parents home.

Country, venue and location with directions and website address.

Proposed period of remain at the venue, both before and after the wedding ceremony.

Accommodation facilities available for guests attending along with prices and information any discounts negotiated while using venue.

Recommended Travel Agent or Airline with estimate of ticket costs if group travel discounts have been negotiated or can be obtained.


Transport details from airport towards the venue with estimated costs or even within the accommodation prices.

Costs of meals, drinks and other facilities if not contained in the accommodation prices, and confirmation of that happen to be paying for the reception and rehearsal dinners if these are generally being held.

Contact details for that venue, including contact number and email, if possible the local coordinator.

Dress code throughout the booking but especially for wedding ceremony ceremony itself to ensure guests can ensure they bring the best clothing using them.

Local information regarding the venue, resort, available facilities etc. particularly if some guests are elderly, disabled or have special dietary requirements.
