SariAgri - Harga referensi produk crude palm oil (CPO) untuk penetapan bea keluar (BK) periode Juli 2021 sebesar 1.094,15 dolar AS per metric ton (MT). Harga referensi tersebut menurun 129,75 dolar AS atau 10,60 persen dari periode Juni 2021, yaitu sebesar 1.223,90 dolar AS per MT.
Penetapan ini tercantum dalam Peraturan Menteri Perdagangan Nomor 43 Tahun 2021 tentang Penetapan Harga Patokan Ekspor (HPE) atas Produk Pertanian dan Kehutanan yang dikenakan Bea Keluar.

"Penurunan harga referensi CPO dipengaruhi oleh kebijakan lockdown yang dilakukan Malaysia dan India, sementara penurunan harga referensi dan HPE biji kakao disebabkan karena melimpahnya persediaan kakao global. Penurunan ini tidak berdampak pada BK biji kakao, yaitu tetap 5 persen," kata Plt. Direktur Jenderal Perdagangan Luar Negeri Kementerian Perdagangan, Indrasari Wisnu Wardhana dalam keterangannya, Jumat (2/7).
Menurut Wisnu, keputusan tersebut tercantum pada Kolom 2 Lampiran I Huruf B Peraturan Menteri Keuangan No. 166/PMK.010/2020. Saat ini harga referensi CPO menurun tetapi masih melampaui threshold 750 dolar AS per MT. Untuk itu, Pemerintah mengenakan BK CPO sebesar 116 dolar AS per MT untuk periode Juli 2021.
BK CPO untuk Juli 2021 merujuk pada Kolom 8 Lampiran I Huruf C Peraturan Menteri Keuangan No.166/PMK.010/2020 sebesar 116 dolar AS per MT. Nilai tersebut turun 67 dolar AS dari BK CPO untuk periode Juni 2021 sebesar 183 dolar AS per MT.

Sementara itu, harga referensi biji kakao pada Juli 2021 sebesar 2.407,98 dolar AS pernl MT menurun 1,95 persen atau 47,84 dolar AS dari bulan sebelumnya, yaitu sebesar 2.455,82 dolar AS pernMT. Hal ini berdampak pada penurunan HPE biji kakao pada Juli 2021 menjadi 2.123 dolar AS per MT, menurun sebesar 2,12 persen atau 46 dolar AS dari periode sebelumnya, yaitu sebesar 2.169 dolar AS per MT.
"HPE produk kulit dan kayu juga tidak mengalami perubahan dari bulan sebelumnya. Hal ini juga berlaku untuk BK komoditas produk kayu dan produk kulit," pungkas Indrasari.
