In one instance, while in an enemy camp I was without Internet for accessing my presentation and what I did to fix the situation

This was one of my personal most embarrassing business trip. I was asked to join my colleagues in a team. We were heading south to meet one of the largest oil tycoons of the Middle Eastern. Since I was the most involved in the process, there were many stages that had to be completed prior to the presentation. I was granted one. This was my opportunity to prove to my boss that my abilities are up to the test of the big leagues. While it may sound offensive, I meant adult females, or, better yet, business women.

The whole thing went as planned. I was told the time and location of the incident that I was responsible for, and it seemed to be planned to occur in the deep underground bunker, as I was responsible for the on-site digital security of the area's panic room, which was owned by an extraordinarily wealthy businessman. As I don't want anyone to be identified through my writing exercises, I won't name or titule any characters in this tale. The goal of the presentation was to recreate a actual sequence of events that could cause the businessman to flee into his emergency room, accompanied by close relatives and a small army of guards. In the beginning, I wanted to show the presentation explaining how to deal with these situations of force and to be able to keep a calm mind.

We all went underground into the darkened space. The room was kept secret in order to hide the huge amount of weapons found inside the walls. This was an extremely unusual situation. Let's get to the point. I'm in the process of preparing the powerpoint presentation. What do you think? There is no Internet. Are you kidding me? Lockdown has already begun and there's no way to escape and access the email with your presentation. I am not doing this the first time. I visited Youtube to convert the mp3 files and, in addition to copying the audio from the presentation video to enhance my memory of it instead of reading it out on paper, I downloaded the video as an mp4 file. I was trying to find the best audio formats, but I finally found it , and am now searching for exactly the same presentation. It's on my laptop, ready-to-go.


It was a fortunate day. Unforeseen circumstances prevented me from being able to access the Internet. But, I was still in a position to save the presentation and restart it using audio and video that came from me. It was because I knew most of it. It was a brief speech of 3 minutes, but it conveyed layers of security and confidence. We signed 47 new clients of more prestigious qualifications, and have contracts worth hundreds of thousands. We'll continue to work with them for the foreseeable future.
