My name is Khalid Mohammed I moved from Jordan to the united states in 2008 I start school in tucker high school . I was so excited to start school . at the beginning I was ready to change my life and better person because im in the united states this what my father tell me before I moved to the united states . that in united states my life well change to the better there is a lot people and they all good friends you can hang out with them and I well finish high school and get my Dropouts than go to collage . and make a lot of money . there is a lot of rued and stuff that I need to follow . and there is not a lot of drug in America. And America. Is the safe it place you can ever go to . we move to new York than to Georgia . on my friends day of school all I hared was people talking about drug and fight and stuff that doesn’t have to with school work . I meet a lot friends on my first day of school everything is different from what my father tell me about American . than i started giving you up on school because I meet new people like who giving up on school I started hang out with a lot we skip school and go chill and smoke and do a lot of crazy stuff .. my school get tried of me and my friends Had disciplinary problems and I get suspended, a lot because of my disciplinary and I was about get expelled From school because of my bad work and I Had a drug and alcohol problem and couldn't keep up with my school work and I Didn't get along with teachers because I was rude to them .
my parents put me in a different school , school Central Gwinnett High School and i trying as hard as i can but i failing all my classes two so my father get tried of me and my problems , so he kick out of the house because I was constantly rude, refused to help around the house, I did not try hard to find a job and ignored repeated warnings from school than my mom didn't like my friends. She don’t like two so they kick me out of the house I was on street for 3 days until my friend asked me to come and stay with his father and his family for couple days until have a job and have my own apt and at his house everything is nice and his his family is nice to me . everything was ok . I have job at ABC .Co and I buy my own house . but my family move to Decatur in 2010 so they ask me if I want to move live with them back I said ok but I still have my house and I move to Decatur and I work at Decatur dairy queen and I get paid good money. I change now I do better in school , but still English was my second language and English so difficult to learn. That I was trying to Drop Out of School. Because I feel
bored and frustrated with classes that didn't seem relevant to my life. Or my felt I had fallen so far behind .so I gave up hope
