SLONG'u tercih etme nedenim kısaca, ‘Slon‘ dünyada bir çok dilde ‘fil’ demek. Eserlerimde kullandığım 'fil sesi' de buradan geliyor aslında.
Bir çok kültürde fil; güç, büyüklük, dayanıklılık, istikrar ve bereketi temsil eder. Bu yüzden benim için çok anlamlı.

Prodüktör etiketin nasıl oluştu, bu etiketi kim seslendiriyor?
“Slong is Perfect” bir dönem eğitim için Londra’daydım ve oradayken müzik yapmaya devam ediyordum, hatta Muşta ve Şehinşah’ın ‘Islah’ isimli parçasının alt yapısını Londra’dayken yapmıştım.
Tabii yaptıklarımı oradaki yabancı arkadaşlarıma dinletiyordum.
Çok sevdiğim bir İngiliz arkadaşım vardı tepki olarak sürekli (Londra aksanıyla) “Yeah, Slong, it is perfect bro!” demesi çok hoşuma gidiyordu ve kulağa çok hoş geliyordu.
Oradayken 2. tag olarak karar vermiştim zaten. Türkiye’ye dönünce kendi sesimle kaydettim, fx’lerle zenginleştirip son haline getirdim. Yani o benim :)
