"Besan" or "Quality Bushel" Bushel - Also known as the common name of "butterbean," the busel is a huge, bushy variety used in Asian and other cuisines. It produces copious quantities of peas and is a staple in Japanese and Chinese cuisines. The beans are harvested twice a year, once in the late spring and second in the fall of the last. "Besan" beans are the most popular variety used for tofu mixtures.

"Quality Bushel" Bushel - Also known as the common name of "butterbean," this bean is medium-sized round beans with a firm flesh that are somewhat crumbly. It has an intense, sweet flavor. "Quality Bushel soybeans are best for tofu and other soy based foods.

"Quality Bushel Sunflower" -"Quality Bushel Sunflower" - sunflower is very like regular sunflowers. The main difference is that the redder, larger variety is commonly used in sushi and sashimi, while the smaller more yellow variety is typically used in edamame. Both varieties have a nutty spicy flavor and are slightly sweeter than other soybeans. If you enjoy nuts in addition to your usual protein sources, this is a great alternative to choose.

"Quality Bushel" Edamame - This variety of beans is created through cross-pollination of silver and black sea salts. lanna agro Sea salt causes beans to release more solids which result in a higher quality bean. Due to the higher amount of water it has a slightly saltier taste than regular edamame. It is high in protein and is low in calories as are all sea vegetables.

"Quality Bushel Edamame" - This variety is designed for those who prefer a thicker texture and slightly different flavor from regular edamame. The bean tends to stay closer to its shell after cooking and retains only around 25 percent of its volume at the time of cooking. It has moderate amounts of protein and carbohydrates. The beans can be stored up to six months after harvesting. The pods of edamame that have been shelled beans can last up to six months, but it is recommended to not expect to harvest them again any time soon.

Flat bean, for example is similar to common kidney beans but has a more compact shell and wrinkled interior. Lastly, you should decide how much protein you'll be getting from your bean because there's no significant amount of protein in edamame.
