For Millennials, technology, particularly as a communication tool, is an integral part of daily life, and they have grown up in a world where data is in their pockets and at their fingers. This digital understanding may aid in the transition of offices to technology-enhanced practices, allowing them to use big data analytics to improve performance and care quality while also sharing those metrics publicly. To emphasize, millennials are more knowledgeable about the world now. They also want to worked in groups collaborating with others their entire lives. It was organic and unfettered by an obsolete hierarchical system with better decisions and stronger engagement.
