Speech for mental health

Anyone out there who is suffering here is a speech. Everyday we are fighting demons and devils inside our head. It's a struggle but we can get through this together . If your ever thinking about your life and it's not worth living, well fuck them. That's not you. The happy person on the outside is you. You are worth living even though you don't think it. When your suffering with your mental health, these are some ways you might cope.1. Smoking
2. Drinking
3. Junk food including fizzy.
4. Self harm
Your past might of been shut but it's not your fault. It's those people who let you down or hurt you. Your past or future can never determine what's gonna happen. When your so lonely, you don't know what to do. But here's a story about me. You may or may not know me but this is my story. I'm only seventeen but I'm a happy, smiley beautiful girl. This story that I'm about to read may upset you. When I was very young I had big, blue eyes and blonde curly hair. I loved reading books, and I looked so smart with my glasses on. This is how I ended up in social care and then being adopted. I was born on the 28th July 2004. I have two brothers . One who is born in 2005 and one born in 2007. My mum is 5ft2 tall. She has medium long hair and has grey blue eyes. My mum had a drinking problem and so did my dad. My dad is 5ft3 tall, he has dark hair, and has short brown eyes. My dad had offending behaviour, most of the time in prison. My mum and dad did not have a good relationship together, but they loved us very much. My mum and dad married in 2001. When I was born, I was there first child. My mum is diagnosed with post natal depression. Me and my brother's always had contact with our parents, it was sad to leave them but also happy to spend time with them.
