As Velvet and Riko begin to investigate this man and the crime he had perpetrated they come across someone who seems to know the true secret of the Median system and the power of the black diamond.

The story moves on to the next section as Velvet, her four friends, Tsubasa and Mion, Yuka and Sapphire join forces with the Dogs of Media. The problem is that this battle between the forces good and evil will go on for several months. As they attempt to save the world, the quartet of magical maidens discover more about each other and develop their own goals. As the story progresses, you get to know each girl and see their growth. They must work together to defeat the Dogs of Media. Each of their magical maidens has their own unique and powerful abilities.

The charming visual design of this fighting game is what I love most about it. It is based on the black clover flower. The charming visuals of black and white cartoon characters and the beautiful illustrated journal that each character keeps add to the game's appeal and charm. The stages are beautifully drawn and painted, which adds even more life to this game. One stage that really grabs my attention is the one where you take control Tsubasa, one of the four playable characters. Here you will fight against the Phantom Knights, a ghost-like entity. This is where you can increase your abilities by unlocking more Tsubasa's skill.


In terms of game play you will find that the graphics, sound, and user interface all work well together, although there is occasionally a battle scenario that gets a little messy. Although graphics are simple, the voiceover can sometimes be a little annoying. The battle itself takes only five minutes and can be quite frustrating when you have wait to attack the Phantom Knights. While the enemies have very low attack power, each one of them has a different ability that they use in battle. Therefore, it is a good idea to take the time and learn about each one. The battle takes places on an open field with four large circular pad that you can move over to attack the enemy units.

The story is that a group called the Phantom Knights seek to stop the evil Queen taking over the world. Tsubasa is the only one who can stop her. You will need to use the guide points that are scattered throughout the game to navigate the stages. To gain an advantage in battle, you will need to pick up weapons, energy, and health points. When you finally reach the end, the Queen stands before you and easily defeats you, giving you the chance to continue playing with more units. Although Tsubasa and all three characters look very similar to each other, the black clover games don't exactly match the popular Harvest Moon games and are definitely worth a try if you like turn-based strategy games.
