Maka Alice pindah ke Taiwan, tepatnya ke kota Fortis. Mencoba hidup baru, sebagai detektif disana. Dari yang ia dengar, kota itu dulunya kota mati. Maka, Alice berniat menyelidiki kebenaran kota tersebut.
Oh, tambahan, ia adalah perempuan yang punya dua kepribadian yang tergantung pada air. Kepribadiannya akan berubah ketika ia terkena air. (Kepribadiannya yang satu lagi; panikan, selalu-cemas-duapuluh-empat-jam-tujuh-hari-seminggu, dan mudah menangis).
