常做成圈式的樣式，帶起會會像穿洞的感覺，彈簧能伸縮，帶久比較不會不舒服 但缺點是對於長髮女孩比較不適合，頭髮較容易勾到，耳環常常容易突然就不見了 建議配戴彈簧式耳夾可以將頭髮盤起來或綁起來，才不會耳環下一秒消失不見
矽膠U型夾：適合耳垂比較厚的人
隱形設計遠看像是穿耳洞，矽膠本身有彈性，配戴比較容易且舒適 但缺點是不牢固，無法配戴太厚重的耳環款式，對於耳垂薄的女孩不適合
