Tutankhamun ruled Ancient Egypt as a Pharaoh when he was only 9 years old. Sadly he only lived for 10 more years . He died at the age of 19 in 1324 BC. Most people believe that he died of a broken leg, but other people believed that one of his brothers strangled him because he was jealous . He had 3 sisters and 5 brothers . In Tutankhamun's burial chamber there was strange things in there like board games, mirrors and musical instruments, that was until his burial chamber got robbed twice but everything got put back. His burial chamber was discovered in 1999 by 7 archeologists. Ancient Egyptians believed that whatever got buried in there chamber came to the after life with them well that is if they passed the challenges to get in to the after life. Tutankhamun had a wife called Ankhesenamun. Tutankhamun had blue, white and gold on his death mask . Ancient Egyptians kept death masks on so they can recognise themselves in the after life. Tutankhamun was born in c1334 BC. Tutankhamun's burial chamber is in Ancient Egypt near the River Nile . Tutankhamun's heart went missing 2,000 years after he was buried in his chamber.
