งานกาหยู กำหนดจัดประมาณเดือนมีนาคมของทุกปี เป็นช่วงที่มีกาหยู หรือมะม่วงหิมพานต์กำลังสุกเต็มต้น และเป็นฤดูที่ชาวบ้านกำลังเก็บเมล็ดกาหยู ในภาคราชการจัดให้มีการออกร้านจัดนิทรรศการ เพื่อประกวดพืชผล ทางการเกษตร เช่น ประกวดเมล็ดกาหยู กล้วยน้ำว้า กล้วยเล็บมือนาง และการจำหน่ายสินค้าทางการเกษตร ตลอดจนจัดประกวดผลผลิตทางการเกษตร และอาหารทะเลแห้ง เช่น กะปิ ปลาเค็ม ฯลฯ รวมทั้งมีงานมหรสพ และการแสดงต่างๆ
กินไหนดี, นอนไหนดี, ภาคเหนือ, อ.เขาค้อ, แนะนำที่พักทั่วประเทศไทย, แนะนำร้านอาหารทั่วประเทศ
ระยะทางจากอำเภอเมืองระนองไปยังอำเภอต่างๆ คือ

ที่เที่ยวระนอง ยามเย็นอีกหนึ่งแห่งก็คือ “ตลาดสะพานยูง” ตลาดเช้าที่เป็นการยกระดับตลาดชุมชน มีสินค้าคุณภาพดี และมีความหลากหลาย ตลาดสะพานยูงเป็นตลาดต้องชมนับเป็นโครงการประชารัฐ ที่เกิดจากความร่วมมือของรัฐและเอกชนระดับจังหวัดนั่นเอง
ปลาทรายทอดขมิ้น ปลาทรายสดขนาดกำลังดี ทอดได้สีเหลืองสวย ทานกรุบกรอบได้ทั้งตัว โรยหน้ามาด้วยกระเทียม มีกลิ่นหอมของขมิ้นเล็กน้อย ทานคู่กับข้าวสวยร้อนๆ อร่อยมาก
