Thanks for stopping by my channel. I'm Kayla and welcome to the site if you are new. Another healthy meal has been served to me. The video below will show you five fat-burning breakfast smoothies you can make ahead.

Many of them will also be low carb, low sugar, and keto-friendly. Right, let's get to work. My first recipe is a blueberry muffin protein smoothie.

Here's an option that's low in carbs, low in calories and paleo friendly. To make this, you'll need unsweetened almond milk, frozen blueberries, ground chia seeds, a high-quality protein powder, almond butter, and for the protein, I'm gonna use one of my favorites.

In this case, it has the vanilla flavor of the bulletproof collagen protein and a low carb sweetener. You might need to add something like stevia to low carb smoothies if your protein powder doesn't have it.

Add all your ingredients to a blender and you'll blend it until it's extra smooth. That's all it takes. Now, to preserve this smoothie for a few days, be sure to add some fresh lemon juice to it and this one will stay fresh. Up next is my lean green matcha smoothie.

Now this one is paleo, but you can make it low-carb by removing the banana and adding a little more avocado. So here you go. What you'll need: unsweetened almond milk, avocado, banana spinach, chia seeds, protein powder, fresh lemon juice, matcha powder, and matcha.

Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth and don't forget to blend. My blog will have all of these recipes for you to print. Here's a link to one of my favorites in the description box below.

There it is. Super energizing and the matcha powder helps to increase your capital in the next smoothie. Can I energize with cacao? A low-carb and paleo-friendly mocha smoothie. The following items will need to be made: almond milk, spinach, MCT oil or coconut oil, avocado, hemp, seeds, cacao powder, and protein powder.

My favorite reason for adding coconut oil or MCT oil to my smoothies is because these medium chain fatty acids may aid in fat burning. This especially if you're craving something chocolaty, and I also enjoy drinking this smoothie during the afternoon, especially if I need a healthy pick-me-up before I move onto the next smoothie.

Our recipe is for my energizing matcha beet smoothie. You can choose this one because it is paleo-friendly. A small beet banana, a flax, oil, hemp seeds, and matcha powder are required.

If you're not a fan of beets, then you 'Ll just have to trust me on this. Besides eating the banana, beets contain a powerful antioxidant called beta Simon, which makes them taste delicious.

The cleansing of the liver and removal of fatty deposits from the bloodstream can help you lose weight, because we know that a healthy metabolism equals optimal fat burning, and I think you can do it.

It will surprise you with its taste, so you should definitely try it. The last smoothie I'll share is this fat-burning turmeric one. Tumeric is a super-powerful antioxidant, but it's also very potent so it's best to start slowly and increase the dosage as you progress.

A blender, unsweetened almond milk, ground chia seeds, MCT oil or coconut oil, protein powder, ground turmeric, cinnamon, and ground ginger are needed. These spices can boost metabolism, cleanse the body, and reduce inflammation.

I really like this smoothie. If the day before I ate a bit too much, because it takes care of quick relief of bloating and inflammation. You should start very slowly when using ginger and turmeric if you are not used to them.
