Thanks for checking out my channel again. Kayla, a new member here, welcome. Another healthy meal has been served to me. The video for today is dedicated to five fat-burning breakfast smoothies you can make in advance.
My video library already has two other videos. There is no meat in this meal. The prep series has featured five make-ahead breakfast recipes and five make-ahead lunch recipes. If you haven't seen them, I'll link them below for you and don't forget that we will always be providing 100% gluten-free recipes in this series.
Many of them will also be low carb, low sugar, and keto-friendly. Let's jump right in and get started. First up, I'm sharing a recipe for a blueberry muffin protein smoothie.
Here's an option that's low in carbs, low in calories and paleo friendly. I will use unsweetened almond milk, frozen blueberries, ground chia seeds, a good protein powder, and almond butter, and for the protein I'm going to use one of the best I have.
In this case, it has the vanilla flavor of the bulletproof collagen protein and a low carb sweetener. It may be helpful to add stevia to your low carb smoothies if your protein powder does not have that.
If you want to sweeten it up a bit, go ahead and add all your ingredients to your blender after which you will blend until it's extra smooth. Now, to keep this smoothie fresh for a few days in the refrigerator, then simply combine it with some fresh lemon juice, and here's the next recipe-a light, green matcha smoothie.
In addition to this being paleo, it can also be made low-carb just by removing the banana and adding more avocado. Here it is. The ingredients are: almond milk, avocado, banana spinach, ground chia seeds, protein powder, fresh lemon juice, and matcha powder.
Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth and don't forget to blend. On my blog, you can print off all of these recipes. I'm gonna link this to y'all in the description box below this one.
Definitely. Smoothies with matcha powder are energizing, and they boost your capitalism on a daily basis. Is my energizing cacao working? This mocha smoothie is low-carb, paleo, and low-sugar. A healthy diet consists of unsweetened almond milk, spinach, MCT oil or coconut oil, avocado, hemp, seeds, cacao powder and protein powder.
MCT oil or coconut oil are good for fat loss because the medium chain fats contained in these oils increase fat metabolism. This gives you a chocolate fix, and I enjoy having it in the afternoon, especially if I need to pick myself up and keep going with my diet.
You will make my matcha beet smoothie to boost your energy. You can have this one paleo-friendly. Unsweetened almond milk, banana, flax seed, oil, chia seeds, protein powder, and matcha powder are all necessary.
If you're not a fan of beets, then you 'Ll just have to trust me on this. Besides the banana making it taste delicious, the nutritional benefits of beets are just too excellent to ignore beets contain a powerful antioxidant called beta-simon, which gives them their color.
Toxins from the liver are removed, as well as fat deposits from your bloodstream, and having a healthy liver means you'll burn fat at a higher rate, so I think you'll lose a lot of weight if you do that.
You will be pleasantly surprised by how delicious this smoothie tastes so definitely try it. Lastly, here's my fat-burning turmeric smoothie. This one is low carb, paleo and low carb, but the turmeric is strong so start slowly.
Almond milk, ground chia seeds, MCT oil or coconut oil, protein powder, turmeric, cinnamon, and ground ginger will be needed. Ginger and turmeric are powerful spices that can help enhance metabolism, remove toxins, and soothe inflammation.
This smoothie is one of my favorites. If the day before I ate a bit too much, because it takes care of quick relief of bloating and inflammation. It is important to start slowly, especially if you are not familiar with the taste of ginger and turmeric.

The smoothie diet is so easy to follow, and I was getting cranky just trying to follow everything, or I was hungry all the time. You make the smoothies and replace some meals with them afterward. They taste great and are pretty easy to make.
