Q2. How Electric Arc Welding Process different from the other welding methods
Fusion Welding- don't apply pressure, only apply heat and reach melting point
when it reach melting point thee fusion happens in between
+Electric Arc Welding/ Arc welding- uses electric arc(needed an electric source) to create heat to melt and join metals
~Power supply- also known as welding machine (Alternating AC or Direct DC)

~If the electron is near to workpiece,
the lower the resistance, the lower the heat was generated
~the far the electrode in the work piece,
the higher the resistance, the higher the heat was generated
when it is so far away there will be no electrode will produce nor the heat will
Two types of current
1.) Alternating Current- most common
-has alternating positive and negative values
2.)Direct Current- first introduced(through a battery)
-flows in one direction only
~Polarity- determines the direction of current flow

to have a connection use conductors, the electricity flow then a resistance will be created then the resistance generates heat and the heat use to melt metal and electrode
