As an undergraduate, I volunteered as a project manager for a conference that delivered career talks to over two hundred students in my university. The event's goal was to expose young people to the different career opportunities to make them successful. I did this through AIESEC, a platform that builds leadership experience in young people by giving them the responsibility to manage projects that impact many people. With 120 countries, it fosters my global perspective and actively participates in issues beyond my region. Furthermore, I created a podcast for young people (), which helped young people learn from experts how to break into different tech industries. The podcast reached an audience of 300+ listen and was played across 11 countries. With this, I'm interested in how global policies affect my youth's employability, especially at the local level.
