The Drug King
Lee Nguyen directed "The Drug King" A breathtaking film. ดูหนังออนไลน์ hd Kim Sung-Gyung plays the role as David Storey, a crack addict and local drug kingpin. The film chronicles the rise and fall of Storey who ruled the world of drugs in the late 1980s. It's one of the best films of the year and demonstrates how the media can make stories sensational without having thoroughly researched. I would suggest watching the film with a companion because you'll get so involved.

The film premieres in 1980 when the US government begins an investigation into the rise in drug use in the country. Two undercover cops, Det. Kim and Capt. Sam, are assigned to the case. They soon discover that the kingpins are very organized.

Soon, they learn that Cho Soon, a drug lord, has a hidden meeting place is used for the distribution of huge quantities of heroin and cocaine across the United States. In exchange the drug lord promises to help them stop into pills from being introduced to the American market. The authorities were successful in stopping the gang when the US government accidentally stole drugs from the South Korean consulate. The drug Kingpin and his associates were detained and the authorities left it up to the cops to find the drug lord.

After the bust, police are able to track down the drug king and they are transported to prison. The film leaps forward 11 years to the time that the South Korean president visits Korea. They soon become close and begin to fall in love. They set out to liberate North Korea from communism. When they arrive, they discover that the drug lord has already left. They now have to work together to end the drug war for good.

Once the movie ends the action shifts to New York City, where the two cops are put on trial for the task of removing the drug king. Lee Do-Hui plays Kim Kwon Soo who is also known as Kimbo and played by Kwak Derng. The film depicts two cops talking over the phone, and how they pursue the drug lord in a huge nightclub. They arrive at just the right time to spare President Obama from a bullet. The police department, enthused by their efforts, gives they bail so they can join the investigation into the whereabouts of the drug lord.

The next day, the officers receive a visit from a Yakuza boss, Tong Soo. Tong Soo threatens to kill Kim should he not give him the drugs. He also wants information regarding the presidential candidate. Kim is terrified, but he has no choice, and tells the cops to meet him at the Kuk Sa Tong nightclub. There he meets Tong Soo, who threatens to kill Kim in the event that they don't bring the drugs. If the demands are met, they agree to give him ten million dollars. Kim is freaked out by the thought of his life being spared, so Kim agrees with Tong's demands.

A couple of days later, Kim and Tong get to the airport to pick up Kimbo However, they are stopped by Park Chul-sik. a south Korean national known for being a fraudster. He pretends to be the president Chun Doo, and he swindles the Chinese people. He then flees to Hong Kong but not before giving the president a seriously swollen face. With the aid of Tong Soo, Kim and Kimbo go to Hong Kong to deliver the money. They soon turn into enemies, though, and they try to run off with the drugs. But thanks to Chow they manage to get out of the airport with their drugs in their possession.

A year later, Kim and Tong return to Hong Kong to defend their honour against Park and his army of expert martial arts soldiers. Park betrayed them again and plans to take advantage of their newfound friendship to increase his drug empire. Now, Kim must use his master Tong Soo to defeat the enemy and free the streets of Hong Kong from the clutches of Park and his cronies. In the meantime, the real enemy is Kim's childhood friend Lee Doo SAM. Although Sam is initially an expert in martial arts initially, he quickly becomes a lover of Park's daughter. The film is very entertaining , with some fantastic fight scenes as well as a few well-timed comedy scenes. It's a well-written movie that provides a lot of entertainment worth the price.
