Good evening,
At the time of support an agent wanted spoon feeding. as per the agent request I was helping out but after spoon feeding again and again, the agent was doing wrong chat, also unable to write simple template in English language. Even after I am repeating single template multiple times the refuse to listen and left the meeting. After that I have received this msg from the TL end.
(Harjot, Nishika felt embarassed, it was her first interaction with you and she was not aware about your natural tone. She is saying that she will raise HR ticket for your behavior. Main bol raha yahi aap ache se bata do ki kisi ko bura na lage. You are being so rude with the advisors, they are new, they might ask you the same query multiple times but the feedback should be given politely.)
Doesn't mean that I am treating them rudely or I am not polite.
If I am a Subject Matter expert), that doesn't mean everyone has the right to say me anything.
If I am giving my 100% then I am excepting the same response from them as well and if I am asking them anything then its a matter of their ego and they are feeling embarrassed.
