If I am SME it does not means anyone say anything, if I am give reply then agents feel embarrassment and said that we are refer your name to HR.
Also, few days ago I was facing same issue regarding the agents behavior, I was asking to agents share screen as per instruction received from AM side, on that agent reply to me( I am not Rajnikant, I am not sharing my screen you can do what you want if you want you can mark absent or refer to agents.
