My favorite technique is Workshops. By organizing workshops for a group of stakeholders, different strategies and improvement plans can be made by discussing different points of view of every stakeholder and come to a final decision.

Strengths:

Less time-consuming as compared to other techniques including interviews.
It improves the relationships of stakeholders by working together and improve mutual understanding.
Cost-effective.
Feedback would be provided immediately after discussion and finalize the result.
Limitation:

One stakeholder could be dominant in the discussion as some stakeholders feel shy and hesitate in a large group or unequal participation.
Stakeholders’ availability should be matched for organizing a workshop.
Getting desired results depends on the knowledge of participants.
During my graduation, I had to participate in many group projects. For discussing the project topic, we used to organize various workshops according to the need and clarity about the topic that we wanted to gain. We firstly decided the day and time of the workshops after knowing the availability of all group members. we successfully attended our workshops and complete our group project. It was a great experience to work on a group project for the very first time.
