平時運動穿的運動鞋,看起來笨笨的,但是穿著可以讓腳得到舒展,走路運動都更輕便,高跟的鞋子,從穿上那一刻,就讓每一步都感覺難以支撐,對於很多的上班族來說,即使高跟鞋不舒服,也還是要選擇,是職業需要。
確實有些鞋子就是更多的考慮好看,所以很難舒適,但是穿一天後腳上都是水泡也太辛苦,今天的文章就來給大傢整理瞭幾條關於如何讓鞋子更舒適一些的辦法,大傢可以學學,也回到傢後整理一下自己的那些鞋,看看這樣做是否有用。
第一:鞋子夾腳,有些鞋子是早晨穿著出門沒有什麼問題,但是穿到下班就很不舒服瞭,好像鞋子變小瞭似的,感覺有些夾腳,出現這樣的情況可能是久坐或者久站導致的雙腳水腫,腳腫起來瞭,鞋子也就自然的感覺小瞭。
這樣的話其實就該讓鞋子變得大一些,但是又不能大的太多,可以在鞋子中塞滿紙團,可以塞的緊一些,然後用吹風機用小風吹鞋子十分鐘左右,感覺鞋面變軟就可以瞭,這樣塞紙團一個晚上,第二天早晨穿就感覺鞋子大瞭一點,下班也不會感覺夾腳瞭。
再有一個辦法就是塑料袋灌滿水後放入鞋子中,再將鞋子放入冰箱中低溫冷凍,這個原理是水變成冰後體積會變大,所以可以起到一個撐大鞋子的作用,大傢可以根據條件選擇嘗試。
第二:鞋子磨腳,大多數的皮質鞋子,都有些磨腳的問題,有的鞋子是鞋底,有的是系帶部分,一般是皮質比較硬或者是有些部位比較緊導致的,新鞋這樣的情況比較嚴重,舊鞋子就不怎麼明顯瞭,建議大傢是找到鞋子具體的磨腳部位,然後先用吹風機吹一段時間,將皮面軟化一下,然後至今蘸濕巾裹在磨腳的部位,敷一個晚上,這樣第二天穿的時候,這個部位的皮質就回軟不少瞭。
