Add a new column called "Cost" just right of the "Unit Cost":

Amending the Sub Total shall adjust the "Disc / Marg" instead of the Qty "field"

In step2 do not display Unit Disc/Marg
In step 2 we default Disc/Marg as:
Cost * DiscMarg%
If service: service.ServiceMargin
If flac: (flac.CharterMargin + flac.CharterComission)
In step 2 we default Cost as:
UnitCost * Quantity
If service: service.SupplierOfferTripCurr
If flac: (flac.GrossCharterAmount - flac.CharterComission)
Some other changes in the defaulting of the fields from step 1 to step 2 for Flac:
UnitCost = (flac.GrossCharterAmount - flac.CharterComission) / flac quantity
DiscMarg% = (flac.CharterMargin + flac.CharterComission) / (flac.GrossCharterAmount - flac.CharterComission)
We sill store FinancialLineItem.UnitDiscMarg as DiscMarg/Quantity, or what is the same UnitCost*DiscMarg%
