I'm happy to be back on my channel. Kayla here, and I am new here. Welcome. So I had another healthy meal. I'm gonna share five make-ahead fat-burning breakfast smoothies in today's video.

Two more videos are already on my channel. This meal contains. I've shared my five make-ahead breakfast recipes, as well as my five make-ahead lunch recipes in the Prep Series. If you haven't seen those playlists, here's a link to that playlist, and please note that all recipes in this series are 100% gluten-free.

Most of them will be paleo-friendly, as well as low-carb and keto-friendly. Let's get right into it and start. This recipe is for my protein smoothie with blueberries from a muffin.

I finally have one that fits the low-carb/paleo diet. To make this, you'll need unsweetened almond milk, frozen blueberries, ground chia seeds, a high-quality protein powder, almond butter, and for the protein, I'm gonna use one of my favorites.

With this bulletproof collagen protein, you will get a vanilla flavor, as well as a low carb sweetener mixed in. If your protein powder does not have this, then you might want to add something like stevia to the low carb smoothies.

For a little sweetness, add all your ingredients to the blender and blend until you get an extra smooth texture. Now, to preserve this smoothie for a few days, make add a little lemon juice and we're good to go; next up is my lean green matcha smoothie.

Unlike the others, this is paleo, but I think it can also be made low-carb by removing the banana and adding more avocado. So here you go. There are gonna be: unsweetened, almond milk, bananas, spinach, ground, chia seeds, protein powder, fresh lemon juice, and matcha powder.

All the ingredients can be blended in a blender until smooth. Don't forget to stir after you're done. For your convenience, I will post these recipes on my blog so you can print them out. The link to this one is in the description box below. It's one of my favorites.

You're right. Super energizing and the matcha powder helps to increase your capital in the next smoothie. Does my cacao energize me? Smoothie that's low in carbs, paleo and low in sugar. To prepare this recipe, you'll need unsweetened almond milk, spinach, MCT oil or coconut oil, avocado, hemp seeds, cacao powder, and protein powder.

My favorite reason for adding coconut oil or MCT oil to my smoothies is because these medium chain fatty acids may aid in fat burning. This gives you a chocolate fix, I've been known to drink this smoothie during the afternoon as well, if I need a healthy pick-me-up before moving on to the next smoothie.

This time we'll make my matcha beet smoothie which is energizing. Paleo-friendly. A small beet banana, a flax, oil, hemp seeds, and matcha powder are required.

You have to trust me on this one, if you do not like beets. The banana actually makes it taste delicious, and beets offer numerous health benefits to make skipping them a bad idea. They contain an antioxidant called beta-sitosterol, which is known for its cleansing properties.

The liver can be cleansed of toxins, as well as fatty deposits in the bloodstream. We know that a healthy metabolism equals an optimal rate of fat burning, so I strongly suggest taking part in such a program.

You'll be pleasantly surprised with the taste, so give it a try. Finally, I am sharing my fat-burning turmeric smoothie. Tumeric is a super-powerful antioxidant, but it's also very potent so it's best to start slowly and increase the dosage as you progress.

Unsweetened almond milk, ground chia seeds, MCT oil or coconut oil, protein powder, ground turmeric, cinnamon, and ground ginger are all necessary. Turmeric and ginger are very powerful spices that can increase metabolism, cleanse the body, and reduce inflammation.

It is my favorite smoothie to drink. In case I ate a little too much the day before, it can help reduce bloating and inflammation fast. If you're not used to ginger and turmeric, you should start slowly.
