Thank you for visiting my channel again! Kayla here, and welcome if you're new here. Now I'm eating another healthy meal. Today I'm gonna share five fat-burning breakfast smoothies you can make ahead, and they'll last you until lunchtime.

I have already uploaded two other videos. As part of this meal. The prep series has featured five make-ahead breakfast recipes and five make-ahead lunch recipes. Those are the playlists that I've shared in the meal prep series so far, below, if you've not seen them. Also, all the recipes in this series will always be 100% gluten-free.

All of them will be paleo-friendly, and a lot will be low-carb or keto-friendly. Let's get started right away. My first recipe is a blueberry muffin protein smoothie.

Here's a paleo-friendly, low-carb recipe. Almond milk, frozen blueberries, ground chia seeds, high-quality protein powder, and almond butter will be needed. I'll use my favorite protein powder for today.

Basically, it's the bulletproof collagen protein with vanilla taste pre-mixed with a low carb sweetener. If this is not in your protein powder, then you might consider adding another sweetener like stevia to the smoothies.

You're going to blend everything until it's smooth just to sweeten it up a little bit. Now, to preserve this smoothie for a few days, make add a little lemon juice and we're good to go; next up is my lean green matcha smoothie.


It can be made low-carb by simply removing the banana and adding a bit more avocado. Here's what I have to say. What you will need are unsweetened almond milk, avocado, banana spinach, ground chia seeds, protein powder, fresh lemon juice, and matcha powder.

In a blender, add all the ingredients. Blend until smooth. My blog will have all of these recipes for you to print. It's one of the best links I've ever written, so I'm leaving it in the description box below.

That's it. The matcha powder is super energizing and you can really boost your productivity with your next smoothie. Do I have energizing cacao? Smoothie made with low-carb, paleo-friendly ingredients. The ingredients for this dish include unsweetened almond milk, spinach, MCT oil or coconut oil, avocado, hemp seeds, cacao powder, and protein powder.

Because medium chain, fatty acids can boost fat consumption, I often add MCT oil to my smoothies. Increase brainpower and energy. This plus this smoothie is great if you're craving something sweet, and I've even taken this smoothie in the afternoons, especially if I need to pick myself up and keep going with my diet.

My energizing matcha beet smoothie will be made this evening. We recommend this one for paleo diets. Besides unsweetened almond milk, you will also need a small beet banana, flax, oil, hemp seeds, protein powder, and matcha powder.

You have to trust me on this one, if you do not like beets. The banana actually enhances the taste, and the nutritional value of beets is too good to ignore. Beets contain beta simon, which is a powerful antioxidant.

The liver can be cleansed of toxins, as well as fatty deposits in the bloodstream. We know that a healthy metabolism equals an optimal rate of fat burning, so I strongly suggest taking part in such a program.

Try it and you'll be surprised by the taste. Finally, I am sharing my fat-burning turmeric smoothie. This one is low carb, paleo and low carb, but the turmeric is strong so start slowly.

A blender, unsweetened almond milk, ground chia seeds, MCT oil or coconut oil, protein powder, ground turmeric, cinnamon, and ground ginger are needed. Spices such as turmeric and ginger have strong anti-inflammatory effects, boost metabolism, and are great for cleansing the body.

Smoothies like this are my favorite. If the day before I ate a bit too much, because it takes care of quick relief of bloating and inflammation. If you're not used to ginger and turmeric, you should start slowly.
