Hello everyone, welcome back to my channel. Kayla is my name, and I'm glad you're here. Now I'm eating another healthy meal. The video for today is dedicated to five fat-burning breakfast smoothies you can make in advance.

My video library already has two other videos. It is in this meal. In the prep series, I've shared five make-ahead breakfast and lunch recipes. I'll link the playlist below so you can check out the videos, and do remember that the recipes in this meal prep series will always be 100% gluten free.


Most of them will be paleo-friendly, as well as low-carb and keto-friendly. Let's begin now. Firstly, I have a protein smoothie recipe using blueberry muffins.

We now have a low-carb, paleo-friendly recipe. I will use unsweetened almond milk, frozen blueberries, ground chia seeds, a good protein powder, and almond butter, and for the protein I'm going to use one of the best I have.

Essentially, this is bulletproof collagen with vanilla flavor and already has a low carb sweetener mixed in. For low carb smoothies, you may need to add something like stevia if your protein powder doesn't contain that.

For a little sweetness, add all your ingredients to the blender and blend until you get an extra smooth texture. Now, if you want to put this smoothie in the refrigerator, add a little fresh lemon juice and you're good to go. Next up is my lean, green matcha smoothie.

Adding avocado and removing the banana makes this paleo, but you can also make it low-carb by leaving it out altogether. So here you go. There are gonna be: unsweetened, almond milk, bananas, spinach, ground, chia seeds, protein powder, fresh lemon juice, and matcha powder.

That's it. Super energizing and the matcha powder can bring you an increase in capitalism in the next smoothie. My cacao energizing is it? Make this healthy mocha smoothie low in carbs and paleo. It is required that you prepare unsweetened almond milk, spinach, MCT oil or coconut oil, avocado, hemp, seeds, cacao powder, and protein powder.

Adding MCT oil or coconut oil to my smoothies can increase fat burning since they are both medium chain, fatty acids. Increase brainpower and energy. This this smoothie is also great if you're craving something chocolaty, and I even enjoy drinking this smoothie after lunch, especially if I'm up for a tasty smoothie and then moving on to the next.

We're going to make my energizing matcha beet smoothie. It's paleo-friendly. To make the matcha powder, you will need unsweetened almond milk, a small beet and banana, flax, oil, hemp seeds, and protein powder.

If you're not a fan of beets, you'll have to take my word for it. The banana actually makes it taste delicious, and beetroot offers too many nutritional benefits to miss out on. Beets contain a powerful antioxidant called beta-simon.

The cleansing of the liver and removal of fatty deposits from the bloodstream can help you lose weight, because we know that a healthy metabolism equals optimal fat burning, and I think you can do it.

You'll be pleasantly surprised with the taste, so give it a try. In closing, I have a fat-burning turmeric smoothie to share with you. Here is a low carb, paleo friendly recipe, but be sure to start slowly with the turmeric.

It will require unsweetened almond milk, ground chia seeds, MCT oil or coconut oil, protein powder, turmeric, cinnamon and ground ginger. Turmeric and ginger are powerful spices that boost metabolism, induce cleansing, and reduce inflammation.

Smoothies like this are my favorite. It's great for bloating and inflammation if I ate too much the day before. You should start very slowly when using ginger and turmeric if you are not used to them.
